Description and Scope of Work: Public Investment Fund (PIF) Tower Centerpiece of KAFD and tallest building in Riyadh Soaring 385 meters above the surrounding cityscape, the PIF Tower (formerly known as CMA Tower) is the centerpiece of the financial plaza of the King Abdullah Financial District. The towers houses various commercial and administrative areas. The scope of work for ACC includes the Engineering design and shop drawings production for 27 floors fitout works including architectural , mechanical and electrical works.

Description and Scope of Work: Tawuniya insurance company is the leading player in the insurance industry of Saudi Arabia. Tawunia company decided to move all its business units to a new head quarters in Riyadh, KSA. ACC scope is to develop the design for the new Head quarter in addition to supervising construction activities. Tawuniya Riyadh head quarters built up area is 40,000m2 and designed to be a smart office facility.

ACC scope includes engineering design and supervision of the building in addition to interior design.

Description and Scope of Work: Tawuinya Insurance Company is the largest Insurance Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with branches and offices all over the kingdom. Tawuinya assigned ACC the task of engineering design and supervision of a new office facility on the company’s prime land for investment purposes. The building was leased to KBR consulting, as their regional office in the city of Khobar.

Triangle Group Office Building
Client: Triangle Holding Group
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Description and Scope of Work: Triangle holding group has various subsidiaries including Gama contracting, Bourbon industries and Triangle oil services. The building is the main headquarters for Triangle group in New Cairo, Egypt. The new office building has around 20,000 m2 built up area and will entail all Triangle holding subsidiaries.
ACC is assigned by Triangle Group to perform project management. This involves contract management, coordination between the project’s consultants, planning, cost control, tender preparation and project evaluations.

The nano room is to be connected with current underground infrastructure and to serve as the main communication utility building for the area. Description and Scope of Work: This office building is the regional office of APICORP corporation in the city of Jubail , Saudi Arabia. The building is a unique landmark in the oil rich Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. ACC is assigned from Saudi BinLadin Group to conduct full building structural design and value engineering of the project. This unique project has 100m * 100 m floor area with no expansion joints and with a 45 meters double span beams. The building was designed with innovative structural design techniques that was firstly introduced to the Kingdom. The project has shown excellent durability, long term performance and structural integrity over the years.

The Crescent tower is located in the New Capital Business District (CBD) . The tower has two crescent shaped buildings facing each other. One Crescent Building is planned to be a hotel while the other would be hotel apartments. The project is facing the Iconic Tower (tallest tower in Africa) and would be the main hospitality element for the CBD project. ACC was assigned by Orascom Construction Company (Main Contractor) for the task of finalizing the structural shop drawings for the podium as well as some design technical support tasks.

Neom Area Developments is one of the main pillar of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. The project is the first of many mega projects that will be constructed on the shores of the red sea. Neom Hotels masterplan included a 5 star hotel , a 4 star hotel , VIP villas and utility buildings . The project will cater around 600 rooms to visitors of the Neom Area Projects. Movenpick is one of the land mark hotels in the city of Aswan, Egypt. The Hotel contains two wings , namely A and B with around 500 rooms ACC scope is to design and supervise the implementation of a fire strategy for the hotel buildings, identify the escape routes and introduce required modifications to qualify the hotel fire standard to local and international civil defense codes. Sky Events international Company plan is to introduce unique designed restaurants and ancillary hospitality facilities, to be located in the Nairobi National Park. The project shall explore the re-purposing of 40-foot shipping container(s) for hospitality functions, one of which (the Atrium) will be lifted via crane up to a height of 150 ft. above ground. Half Moon 2006 Asian Games Statue

Jeddah Yacht Club

Description and Scope of Work: Jeddah Yacht club is part of the formula one project which is hosted by Saudi Arabia on 2021. It is an iconic building resembling a sailing boat when overlooked from the sea. The Yacht club is composed of three main buildings namely yacht club overlooking the red sea with its yachting docks, an infinity swimming pool and a beach club. Jeddah Yacht club is considered the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia. ACC scope of work is the full structural design of all the project buildings in addition to the steel structure design of the iconic mast and statue.

The project entails re-designing and developing the hospital existing master plan to cope with the Saudi and International health standards in addition to renovating all facades for the existing hospital buildings. The project will include adding several new services buildings including two Multi Story Parking. ACC is assigned the task of developing the master plan and designing the new buildings facades and proposed new buildings. ACC scope includes engineering design and tender documents preparation.

Description and Scope of Work: ArcelorMittal is the largest steel producer in the world. The company is headquartered in Luxembourg . ArcelorMittal Jubail is a state-of- art facility to produce Seamless Pipes that would have a capacity of 600,000 tons per year. About two thirds of its capacity will be used for tubes in the oil industry oil-country tubular goods (OCTG), for which Saudi Aramco will be the main customer. OCTGs comprise pipe and tube products used in the petroleum industry, such as drill pipes, pipe casings and oil pipes. The remaining capacity will be used to manufacture line pipes. ACC is assigned the task of designing and supervising the Jubail plant.

Description and Scope of Work: Nagah Hamadi silo is one of the main storage facilities for wheat in upper Cairo area. ACC is assigned the development of the existing silo site including adding supporting facility and fencing. The scope also includes conducting a fire study for the site and designing the required MEP networks for the existing silos and warehouses to comply with NFPA Codes and Egyptian civil defense standards.
